According to the Report for 2020, out of 2308 patents granted to domestic and foreign entities (including 170 in Lubelskie Voivodeship), 68 are granted to employees and students of Lublin University of Technology. The ranking of domestic and foreign applicants according to the number of patents granted in 2020 puts Lublin University of Technology in 4th place.
