Patent Information Point

The scope of tasks of Patent Information Point includes, in particular:

1. Providing information services in the area of the use of patent information resources, information on patent centres in Poland and worldwide, and presenting the latest sources of knowledge regarding patent information on the website.

2. Cooperating with the Team of Patent Attorneys at LUT and LUT Innovation and Technology Transfer Centre by promoting intellectual property issues, organizing training sessions and workshops on searching patent databases, preparing and distributing information about events related to the popularization of intellectual property knowledge, as well as organizing or participating in conferences and exhibitions.

3. Cooperating with the Polish Patent Office, Patent Information Centres, and participating in the PATLIB network in the areas of providing access to national and international patent literature, creating, ordering, and utilizing patent databases, as well as organizing training sessions, workshops, and conferences aimed at enhancing professional qualifications.
