Standards Information Point

Standards Information Points, located in LUT Library, operate under an agreement concluded on January 4, 2011, between the Polish Committee for Standardization (PKN) and Lublin University of Technology. They hold a valid Information Security Management System Certificate issued by PKN.

This ensures that employees and students of Lublin University of Technology, as well as other individuals interested in standardization information, have access to up-to-date Polish Standards (PN) and PKN standardization documents in electronic form. The standards database is continuously updated.

Where can you access the standards?
Access to the texts of Polish Standards and standardization documents is available at computer workstations in:

• The General Student’s Room
• Faculty Libraries

Polish Standards and standardization documents are available for on-site use only. Detailed rules for use are specified in the Regulations for Accessing Polish Standards and Standardization Documents in Electronic Form (in Polish).
