Any technical solution that is new, involves an inventive step, and is capable of industrial application—regardless of the field of technology.

Utility model

A new and useful technical solution concerning the shape, structure, or arrangement of an object with a permanent form. A model is considered useful if it enables the achievement of a goal with practical significance in the manufacture or use of products.

Trademark

A new design possessing individual character, concerning the appearance of a product or its part, in particular defined by features such as lines, contours, shapes, colors, texture or materials of the product, as well as its ornamentation.

A product is any item produced in an industrial or handicraft manner, including in particular packaging, graphic symbols, and typographic typefaces, excluding computer programs.

Industrial design

Any designation that can be represented graphically, provided that it is capable of distinguishing the goods of one enterprise from those of another enterprise. This may, in particular, include a word, drawing, ornament, color composition, three-dimensional shape, including the shape of a product or its packaging, as well as a melody or other sound signal.

Geographical indications

A verbal designation referring directly or indirectly to the name of a place, locality, region, or country (territory), identifying a product as originating from that area, where a specific quality, reputation, or other characteristics of the product are primarily attributable to its geographical origin.

Integrated circuit topographies

Solutions consisting of a three-dimensional arrangement of elements, expressed in any form, in which at least one element is active, together with all or part of the interconnections of the integrated circuit.
