Lublin University of Technology resumes open-access publishing programmes under national licence agreements (Elsevier, Springer, Science Advances) and the Taylor & Francis consortium agreement.

Free publication quotas are now available for authors affiliated with Lublin University of Technology. The programmes may be used by corresponding authors who are employees or doctoral students of LUT. The programmes are valid for 2026 or until the available quotas are exhausted.

Just so you know, Elsevier and Springer do not allow retroactive activation for articles accepted for publication in 2026 before the programme launch.

• Elsevier Programme resumed with a quota of 1,084 articles.
The programme covers 1,120 hybrid journals from seven ScienceDirect subject collections: Genetics and Molecular Biology, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Sciences, Immunology and Microbiology, Mathematics, and Physics and Astronomy, as well as journals from the Lancet group.

• Springer Programme resumed with a quota of 1,381 articles.
The programme includes 1,913 hybrid journals from the core Springer collection, 62 fully open-access journals, and 20 ADIS hybrid journals listed in the 2026 catalogue.

• Science Advances Programme resumed with a quota of 10 articles.
The programme supplements the national licence for access to the journal “Science” .<|join|>The programme supplements the national licence for access to the journal " Science ". The journal itself operates exclusively under a subscription model, while open-access publishing is available through the separate open-access journal “Science Advances”.

• Taylor & Francis Programme resumed with a quota of 173 articles.
The programme covers all hybrid journals under the “Open Select” model, including the most widely read journals listed in the “High Impact” section. The licence does not include journals with “Full Open Access” status or publications from “Dove Press”.

The current list of Open Select journals can be generated on the publisher’s website by selecting the “Open Select” status and the “Routledge” and “Taylor & Francis” imprints.
