On 13 May 2026, the Taylor & Francis Open Access programme was relaunched with a quota of 173 articles for 2026.

The programme covers all hybrid journals (“Open Select”), including the most widely read journals listed under the “High Impact” tab. The licence does not cover journals with “Full Open Access” status or the “Dove Press” imprint – details are available in the 2026 List.

The programme provides significant support for researchers and PhD students – it enables the publication of articles under the Open Access model without the need to bear individual Article Processing Charges (APCs).

We encourage authors planning to publish in Taylor & Francis journals to submit their articles early, as the number of publications available under the programme is limited.
