Internships

We would like to invite international students to participate in the internships organized by the Centre of Scientific and Technical Information of LUT.

Internships can be completed in any of our units: LUT Publishing House, the Bibliometric Analysis Unit, the Library or the Museum.

We accept applications from different fields of studies, for example, E-editing and Editorial Techniques, Applied Linguistics, Art History, Journalism and Social Communication, Public Relations and Information Management, Sociology, Information Architecture and others.

Our internships allow students to gain specific professional skills and experience. We present our work and goals as well as the areas of cooperation with the University. We want to introduce young people to the challenges we face every day and familiarize them with our daily professional duties. Each of our interns has the opportunity to gain the professional and practical experience in the chosen role of the editor, librarian or museum staff member.
